Invention m. used in ship boilers. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency and simplify the design of the boiler. For this, the means of adjustment in the form of a flap 4 is installed in the outlet section of the central channel 6. The walls of the channel 6 are covered with sound-absorbing material 10. The diameter of the channel 6 is larger than the diameter of the inlet pipe 2. When the valve 4 is open, the exhaust gases pass into channel 6. The invention relates to devices that use exhaust gas energy, and can be used in ship boilers. The aim of the invention is to increase the economy and simplify the design. FIG. 1 shows the utilization boiler; a longitudinal section j in FIG. 2 is a top view of the boiler; FIG. 3 is the same, side view. The utilization boiler contains a housing 1 with inlet and outlet nozzles 2 and 3, respectively, provided with adjustment means in the form of a flap 4 fixed pivotally, and a shell 5 mounted concentrically with nozzles 2 and 3 and with a gap relative to them with the formation of a central bypass and peripheral channels 6 and 7 respectively for the removal of gases. In the entrance section of the central bypass channel 6, a spark plug 8 is placed, and in the peripheral channel 7 - a convective heating surface in the form of spiral water pipes .9. The control means in the form of a damper 4 is installed in the outlet section of the central analog 6, with its walls covered with noise and absorbing material 10, and the diameter is larger than the diameter of the inlet 2. Utilization boiler works as follows. When the damper 4 is open, the exhaust gases pass from the inlet nozzle 2 through the spark 8 to the central channel 6, which serves as a bypass channel and 1 dehumidifier, and then out through the outlet nozzle 3. When the damper 4 is turned to the closed position, the hydraulic resistance of the central, bypass channel 6, and part of the exhaust gas is deflected and passes through the peripheral channel 7. With the valve 4 completely closed, all the exhaust gases pass through the peripheral channel 7 and, therefore, 1. through the convective heating surface in the form of spiral water pipes 9. The difference between the diameter of the central channel 6 and the diameter of the input The nozzle 2 is determined on the basis of the hydraulic resistance of the system and the characteristics of the engine. The difference between the indicated values should be the smallest with that. so that when the central bypass channel 6 is open, a small stream passes into the peripheral channel 7. With a fully closed damper 4, a good noise reduction effect ensures that the gas flow direction changes in the lower part of the boiler. The accumulated soil from the spark-hardener 8 and the carbon that is removed during cleaning of the boiler, together with the leaking water, drain down the boiler and are removed from there.

Claims (1) [1] Claims of the Invention: Utilization 1 boiler containing 0 housing with inlet and outlet nozzles, equipped with a means of adjustment, pivotally fixed, and a shell mounted concentric with the nozzles and with a gap relative to them 1, with the formation of a central bypass and peripheral channels for the removal of gases, in the inlet section of the first of which a spark plug is placed, and in the latter a convective surface is heated in the form of spiral water pipes, which is designed to increase efficiency and simplify construction, the means of regulation is installed in the outlet section of the central channel, and its walls are covered with noise absorbing material, and the diameter is larger than the diameter of the inlet nozzle.
